Merci de m'avoir écrit. Ne vous inquiétez pas c'est normal que vous n'ayez pas reçu de suivi, car la livraison standard qui a été sélectionné ne comprend pas de numéro de repérage. Le délai est de 3 à 9 jours ouvrables (écrit sur la facture avec une mention de délai plus long à prévoir) et le paquet est dans son 9 ième jours ouvrables. Le délai est encore normal.

Je viens de vérifier mes courriels et je ne retrouve pas votre précédent message. Votre colis est en route; n'hésitez pas à vérifier votre casier postal, c'est souvent là que les envois standards se retrouvent.
